Free Summer Bay Orlando Timeshare - Paid Off - Motivated to Transfer - RCI Points

I am offering my paid-off Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts timeshare membership FOR FREE to someone who can take over the ownership.

RCI Points 126,000 annually
Ability to carry over eligible unused points from a prior year and borrow future-year points, potentially allowing access to 378,000 points, subject to program rules
Annual maintenance fee of $2,062
No outstanding loan

I am willing to give this membership away rather than continue paying the annual maintenance fees

The recipient must qualify for the transfer, and resort must approve it. Owner to pay Transfer Fees and Closing Costs.

Please contact me only if you are seriously interested and understand the ongoing annual maintenance-fee obligation.

My goal is to complete a legitimate transfer and be fully released from future ownership obligations.
