A Beloved Steele Hill Getaway, FREE to a New Family

Our family has had our Steele Hill timeshare ownership in Sanbornton, NH for 19 years, and it’s been a great place for us. We are looking to pass it along to someone who will enjoy it as much as we have. We’re offering it for free and will cover the $350 transfer of ownership. It’s fully paid off, so no mortgage payments. My dad is the listed owner for the timeshare; I am assisting him in transferring the ownership. My mom completely managed the timeshare and booked for our family prior to her passing. We have absolutely loved our time there and are more than happy to answer questions!

We just actually booked our 2026 week for November 19-26. If you take the timeshare prior to that, you would be welcome to use that week or see if anything else is available for the rest of 2026.

A few details:
-Certificate of Beneficial Interest.
-1-bedroom in South One. The 1-bedroom sleeps 6: private 2-person king bedroom with bathroom, then a living area with full kitchen, bathroom, balcony or patio (depending on floor booked), pullout sofa, murphy bed.
-One week every other year (even years).
-Season 3 type booking (less busy weeks, easier availability).
-Annual maintenance fees are about $650; next year’s fee must be paid in advance during the transfer, and ideally the new owner would take that over.
-option to convert membership to RCI points, which allows you to book at other RCI vacation spots around the world, cruises, etc.
-30 minute drive from Weirs Beach.
-Free year-round, day-use access to the pools, golf course (9 hole), fitness center, trails, tennis courts and more.
-Great sunrise view over Lake Winnisquam / Winnepesaukee.
