Our unit is beautiful inside and out. The ground floor is an open concept with a living area, dining area and kitchen. Upstairs has two bedrooms and bathrooms. The master suite has a large bathroom with a jet tub and skylights. There is a half bath downstairs. You’ll can relax on the back porch where you are yards from a lagoon and a golf course beyond that. The unit includes two bikes for use on the islands network of bike paths. The beach is a few minutes away by bike, driving or walking. Parking is directly in front of the unit in the attractively landscaped front parking area. The unit is an end unit in the 3rd quadruplex from the pool area so is quiet but an easy walk to the pool.

Seller will pay all closing costs and one year (2027) annual maintenance fee.
