Very close to Disney Florida theme parks. Flexible Use Plan lets owner choose week they wish to stay at resort but requires an advance reservation. Prime Unit Week allows owner to request any week of the year with no out-of-season charges.
Maintenance fees are billed in March and due May 1 for July 1 of billing year through June 30 of the following year. Current on all maintenance fees. Seller will pay transfer fee and closing costs.
