The resort is located in North Scottsdale just a couple of blocks from the TPC Waste Management Open (2/2 - 2/8/26). Great location for all things baseball & Spring Training (2/20 - 3/24/26). Just two blocks from a major freeway junction makes it very easy to get to any location all around the valley, including hiking trails galore, & oodles of dining options within a short drive in any direction. Day trips abound from here... Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson, Sonoran Desert, just to name a few.

As the owner of this week, this is a complete price! NO add'l resort fees, NO parking fees, NO required sales talk, & NO BOOKING SITE FEES!
However, there may be charges for certain amenities & events.

Cancellation policy is 50% refund up to 6 weeks before check-in.

I own 10 weeks at this resort & have several available for rent in 2026.
I stay onsite for 3 weeks each year during the Spring Baseball Season.
