2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, lockoff unit with two kitchens and two washer/dryers, July 4th week

This is Sheraton Broadway Resort, Myrtle Beach, not on the beach but a mile from public beaches. This unit sleeps 8 and is a lockoff unit, 7/2-7/9/2027, $2,200 for the week.

There is a king bed on the master side, large soaker tub and separate shower area (full bathroom) and a living room, full kitchen and washer/dryer. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room on both sides of the lockoff. There is also a screened lanai. The smaller side of the lockoff has a queen bed, another kitchen that has all full-sized appliances but is a compact kitchen, a living/dining area with queen sofa sleeper, and a separate bedroom with queen bed. There is a washer/dryer in the small side of the lockoff as well. Perfect for washing and drying your beach clothes.

There are turtle ponds on the property and it's fun to feed them. Be sure to buy turtle food at Walmart nearby.

This resort is very near Broadway by the Beach, a wonderful shopping and dining area that also has carnival games and rides and fireworks.

My terms are 50% down, 50% due at 60 days before the rental starts. I have a contract I found on TUG almost 20 years ago. That's how long I have been renting.
