25,c00 Shell Vacations Club Points, free and free closing/ transfer

This is Shell Vacation Club points, 25,300 points annually, and you can book several different fantastic resorts, including Vino Bello, Napa Valley, CA; Peacock Suites, 1 mile to Disneyland; Legacy Golf Resort in Scottsdale, AZ; Orange Tree Golf Resort in Phoenix, AZ; and several others.

You can take some of the points or all of the points. You don't have to take all 25,300. I have many different Right-to-Use certificates that range in value from 500-3,500 points. Free closing, doesn't matter how many certificates you take. Closing is through Wyndham.

The favorite of our family is Little Sweden in Door County, Wisconsin, a gorgeous area with farms and little towns and it's really very quaint. Two bedrooms at Little Sweden are individual townhouses, and some are very large, and all of these have private decks/ patios with their own barbecue grill. It's a very special area.

You can book all of these resorts 11-12 months out, and availability is guaranteed at 12 months out. I have never had issues booking anything.

Vino Bello studios are very nice and sleep up to four easily. Those are pretty inexpensive to book. For example, a studio is as low as 2,300 points to book, maintenance fees are .34 each, making that reservation very inexpensive. There is a winery onsite.

We own enough points to book 10 weeks in various resorts. Peacock Suites near Disneyland has one bedroom units that sleep up to six people, and the max points for is 2,550 for the one bedroom, 3,900 points for the two bedroom. Lower season, when we go, is even less. It's only 2,450 for the two bedroom in early January, after kids go back to school, and the crowds are low at that time of year.

We own a lot of different contracts, small to large, some are 2,500 points, some are 500 points. I will pay the transfer fee and closing costs. These points are absolutely free.

Why are we selling? Since Wyndham took over Shell Vacation Club resorts, I have been booking with Wyndham because we own Wyndham points at the Founder's Level of ownership. We don't need access through both systems, we only need one, and we get discounts through Wyndham for our own stays.

I am going to ask Wyndham if they will take these Shell points back from us, but I want to give someone a chance to take these for no cost. It's a great deal.
