1 Bedroom Annual Summer high season floating week

We were given this free on Tug about 15 years ago. Have changed how we vacation and need to downsize our timeshares. Schooner II is ocean front in Myrtle Beach. This is an annual 1 bedroom in red summer season. There is no money owed on it. The one bedrooms have ocean side views, 1 king size bed, a sleeper sofa, and a bunk bed alcove. The occupancy is 4 maximum. We have traded it in RCI and Interval International. The last 10 years we have traded in II. In the last few years Animal kingdom Lodge 1 bedroom in Disney, an August 2 bedroom ocean front at Marriott Ocean Point, Marriotts in Orlando and Arizona, Hyatt Carmel Highlands, Hyatt Winward Point in
Key West, a summer 2 bedroom at Marriott Ford Colony in Williamsburg and 1 bedroom summer Paradise Point in Branson MO. I have paid the 2026 dues and reserved a summer week. The new owner can pay the dues and use the 2026 week, or start with the 2027 week. I will pay for closing costs using LT Transfers: https://www.lttransfers.com.
