Right on Lido Beach and Close to Sarasota

This is a great little resort. Lido Beach is clean and quiet. Website has updated photos: sarasotasands.com. They have done a fantastic job of renovating since the hurricane. My unit was completely renovated with new furnishings. Resort is right beside a nice state park with biking and walking trails. Great kayaking nearby. Bikes available to use. My unit has a master bedroom with king bed and private bath. There is a second full bathroom. There are two daybeds adjacent to the bedroom. There is a combined dining/living and kitchen. The kitchen is very well designed and well equipped. Great pool and hot tub and well maintained resort. On site laundry for timeshare owners. I am not able to use my Florida timehshare week this year. $2,100 USD for the week (advertised rental is $2350 plus taxes). Terms: I have a rental agreement and payment through etransfer.
