Linens and towels are provided as are televisions. WIFI access included. Enjoy relaxing in this home-away-from-home whilst you take in beautiful views of the ocean.

The resort has easy access to the beach for swimming, as well as a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, pickleball court, BBQs, gym, and lovely bar and restaurant. Families are welcome and children enjoy the wading pool and playing on the beach.

Floating-week ownership every odd year gives you complete flexibility to book at a time to suit you.

All fees are paid up to date.

Whilst this timeshare is for one floating week on odd years, we have paid to transfer the 2025 week to 2026 with a reservation for 9-16 October 2026. This means that you can use the timeshare in both in 2026 and 2027!

Seller will pay closing costs and transfer fees. Buyer to pay future management fees going forward.

Sands of Kahana is a well-maintained resort which we have enjoyed for many years. Unfortunately, health reasons don't allow us to travel anymore to enjoy this timeshare.
