3/3 Spring & Fall Season with Optional

I have really enjoyed this timeshare. It has 2 master suties and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a bathroom right across the hall. It is conveniently located a short 5 min walk from the beach, there are endless options to explore the island! There are 3 bed rooms, 3 baths, and a sleeper couch. The space comes with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a TV in every room. There's 2 pools outside you can take a dip in (one by the club house is heated year round), children's pool, hot tub, three picnic areas with grills, & a playground! There is also an optional sports package that owners can purchace, which includes Seven (7) full days of Championship Golf, Tennis and Pickleball while only paying for Cart Fees for up to four players each day! This is a Spring & Fall season floating timeshare, MARCH-JUNE // AUGUST-DECEMBER. WEEKS 9 - 23 // WEEKS 34 - 48 // WEEKS 51 & 52. I always rent the first week of June.
