The Fine Print:

*The Quarter House will a change my reservation to your (the buyers) name(s). You will be able to call the Quarter House to confirm.
*You must be at least 21 years of age to check in. You will need to show photo ID and a credit card at check in.
*Check-in time is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you will not be arriving at check-in time, you will need to let the resort know in advance.
*There will be a $100 credit card hold at check-in; it is refunded when you leave (as long as there were no additional charges or damages during your stay).
*No smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
*No pets are allowed.
*There is no parking at the resort. Parking is available nearby.
