Pueblo Bonito Timeshare for Sale - Paid Maintenance for 2 years

I am selling (giving away!) a junior suite (studio unit) and a master suite (1 bedroom unit) at Emerald Bay. I've been going there and/or renting these out for years and they do great.

First available use is in 2027.

I have paid the maintenance fee for 2027 and 2028!

These timeshares expire in 2034, so after that time you don't own the timeshares and have no further obligations -- so you are buying these for 8 years and 2 years of maintenance are paid by me.

The only cost to you is half the transfer fee charged by the resort ($250 your share) and maintenance starting for year 2029-2034.

Maintenace fee as of 2026 is $586 (junior) and $785 (master)
