Pine Acres Lodge, Pacific Grove, CA (Monterey Peninsula)

This is floating week (Week 1-52) in a Cottage. Cottages are a one bedroom units with living-dining area and full kitchen. Cottages sleep up to four but would be better for a couple.

Usage is annual; weeks start on Sunday. Usage will start in 2026.

Maintenance fees for 2025 paid in December 2024 were $1,045. The previous year's maintenance fees were $993. No billing yet for 2026. The Monterey County Tax Collector's bill is a little over $40.

Buyer pays closing ($260) and transfer costs ($100). Closing cost is based on an estimate from LT Transfers. PAL charges $100 to transfer the week to the new owner.
