Pine Acres Lodge, Pacific Grove, CA (Monterey Peninsula)

This is a fixed week (Week 24) in Cottage 3. Cottages are a one bedroom units with living-dining area and full kitchen. Cottages sleep up to four in a queen bed and a queen murphy, but would be better for a couple.

Usage is annual; weeks start on Sunday. Usage will start in 2026.

Maintenance fees for 2026 were $1,045. The Monterey County Tax Collector's bill is a little over $40.

Buyer pays closing ($260) and transfer costs ($100). Closing cost is based on an estimate from LT Transfers. PAL charges $100 to transfer the week to the new owner.
