The resort is well tended by friendly and helpful staff.
On-site facilities include Swimming pools, Basketball,Tennis, Badminton and Squash courts, Fitness room, Computer access and Children’s play area’s.
This is a Deed owned apartment for Week 35, as such legal documentation will need to be completed for ownership transfer.
We are offering the timeshare Free of Charge and will pay the sellers portion of the transfer costs.
As the resort is now part of the ‘Hilton Grand Vacations’ system the timeshare week can be enrolled and transferred subject to the rules.
The resort is approximately one mile from ‘Disney’s’ Animal Kingdom.
Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
