The timeshare is week 23 (Sat - Sat) that consists of two attached units (that can be locked or unlocked for walk through access). One unit is two bedrooms and two baths, and the other is one bed one bath, and both have a kitchenette that is stocked and each have ocean facing balconies. Located right on boardwalk. Indoor pool and restaurant at resort. Units can be used together, or rented and / or used independently of each other. Deed is for both units, and per contract, can't be separated.
