Free and needs a good home.

We have owned at Morritts since 2009 and have enjoyed each of our vacation there but times change and it is now time to find new owners for this time share. Morritts is located on the east end of Grand Cayman about a 40 minute drive from the airport. The east end is more relaxed than Seven Mile Beach and not near as busy.
We own three float weeks at Morritts. I am offering the weeks free and will pay the $375.00 X 3 resort transfer fee, and pay the maintenance fee for 2027. The resort fee for 2026 was $1400.00 X 3 weeks. I think 2027 may have an increase. We have not received the statement yet. I will also cover the fee for closing the deal.
