Morritt's Grand 1 Bedroom

There are two four story buildings with one and two bedroom units available. There are three beach front swimming pools at the Grand – two smaller pools at either end of the property and a very large zero edge pool with Jacuzzi and swim up bar right in the middle. Sitting in this pool, it also seems like the water merges right into the ocean – what a view! In front of the pools, you will find an abundance of beach chairs, palm trees and hammocks.

The actual One bedroom unit on our paperwork is week #41 and unit #6102 from year 2005 to 2104 for 99 years. The week is a floating week for occupying depending on availability.

The 2026 week has already been deposited into II, so it is not available for use.

A bonus week is available this year to the buyer upon paying an additional maintenance fee for 2026. This unit does not have weeks 51, 52 or 53 included in the deed.
