The property has 5 separate pools and jacuzzis, 2 fitness centers of which the main one is open 24 hours, an 18-hole golf course, convenience store, facilities for kids, 4 tennis/pickle ball courts, outdoor ping pong, miniature golf, volleyball court, 3 basketball courts, horseshoe pits and more amenities including a large game room for kids. FREE covered parking and Wifi included.

NOTE: This listing is a 7-night only rental meaning 7 nights minimum rental at $209 per night.

DESCRIPTION: The Studio unit has a king size bed that sleeps 2 and a queen-sized sofa pull-out bed that sleeps 2. It has a large TV, a kitchenette with micro-wave, toaster, small refrigerator and other items. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub. It also has a patio with table and chairs overlooking the resort or a lush fairway. BBQs are all over the place.

A major super market is located just down the street (Monterey Ave) about a mile from the resort entrance. It also has some tables and chairs and serves food.

Marriott's Shadow Ridge is a short, under 7 - 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing. It is a 20 -25 minute drive down famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located next door to a large outlet mall.

NOTE: All the buildings are 3-stories with elevators, meaning no problem accommodating our handicappped visitors.
