The property has 5 separate pools and 3 jacuzzis, a beautiful 18-hole golf course, 2 fitness centers of which the main one is open 24 hours, convenience store, facilities for kids, 4 tennis/pickle ball courts, volleyball court, 2 basketball courts, horseshoe pits, miniature golf and much more.

NOTE: All the buildings are 3-stories with elevators, meaning no problem accommodating our handicappped visitors.

PLEASE NOTE:

This listing has a 4-night minimum occupancy for the nights of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. the charge is $469 per night.

However, the last 3 nights - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are available at $85 each in case you wish to extend your stay for a little longer. You can buy just one of those nights or two or all three. No minimums on those last 3 week nights.

The 1-bedroom unit is large with a king-size bed, has its own TV, 2-room bathroom with a shower, sink, cabinet and toilet in one room and a sink, cabinet and whirlpool tub in the other. The living room is nice-sized with a large TV, fireplace and a queen-size pull-out bed. It has a full kitchen with a stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a large refrigerator, and, of course, utensils, dishes, and all the kitchenware you would expect. And remember, outside there are plenty of BBQs. Inside your unit is a washer/dryer. Off the bedroom and the living room is a patio overlooking the resort or a lush fairway. with table, chairs and lounge chairs.

The Villages is a short, under 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have night time dancing. It is a 20 - 25 minute drive down famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located nearby to a large outlet mall.

We are also renting a studio unit that maybe could be attached to the one-bedroom turning it into a 2 bedroom suite that sleeps 8. No guarantees but if interrested we can look into it for you. If you do rent them both, there would be a $100 discount off the 2-unit package.
