Second bedroom may have a King Bed or two twin beds, you must request your preferred type when making your reservation.

Free parking, A/C, resort fees, operating expenses, property taxes and one-mid week cleaning is included as part of your maintenance fees.

If you are already a Marriott owner, you can make your reservations up to 13 months out if booking all your weeks at the same time. Otherwise, you have 12 months out.

Buyer to pay closing costs of approx. $885.00. Escrow will be approx. 45-60 days, and title transfer is another 4-8 weeks.

Buyer to also reimburse 2025 maintenance fees back to sellers through close, which is the first half of the 2026 usage period. Buyer to pay 2026 fees when due.
