Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club - Studio Oceanview Penthouse - April 17th 2026 (check-in) -> April 24th 2026 (check-out) *RENTAL*

Hello I am renting off weeks from my personal ownership.

This week is a fully booked week ready for rental at the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club for Apr 17th 2026 -> Apr 24th 2026.

I had been renting on RedWeek since 2011 so I have many references of rentals that I have done over the years but their new policies make for a more expensive proposition for both the Owner and Renter. I have decided to offer up my weeks here on TUG so that you as a renter can get the best possible deal that I can offer. My Pricing is based entirely upon what the Average cost of my Maintenance Fees are for my 7 owned enrolled weeks with Marriott + a small profit + any engrained fees, such as Payment fees that I incur.

I may not always be the cheapest but I try to give the best service I can.

I am a direct with Marriott Owner of a Chairman level and can rent by the day if a room is available.

Some of the perks which have generally been available to renters that choose Marriott owners are is better room assignments (based on their status within Marriott) and free self parking. These are not guaranteed and depend on the resort but generally it has been the case for rentals that I have done. Some resorts (ex. Hawaii) do have state taxes that much be paid on a nightly basis, unfortunately I have no control over that nightly fee.

Below are my policies for Rental. I also offer rental requests if you need different dates so some of these policies refer more to that aspect as I can rent additional or fewer days than a week if needed as well as different room views and types. Pricing does vary and depends on the availability used for the rental.

Terms of Rental:
There are NO cancellations, changes or refunds after the reservation is made. However, if there are serious issues with travel (not just a date change whim) and it occurs prior to 75 days I may be able to work with you on either re-arranging travel or a partial refund as we may still be able to salvage usage of the week. I do not allow any travel cancellations so I highly suggest getting some sort of travel insurance to cover any un-expected events. Basic insurance usually runs around $100.00 - $150.00. Marriott uses Allianz Travel for their owners if you wish. If cancellation is required 75 days or fewer to check-in due to an emergency situation we will help with some recovery if possible (if travel insurance wasn't acquired) but there are no Guarantees that anything can be done.

Process by which I rent units:
1. You make a request (either a pre-booked week or dates and location you wish to travel to)
2. I get back to you with availability for the pre-booked week or the available options and prices if it is a request.
3. If you choose to continue with the rental process at that point, you would let me know that you want the week or which room/view you would like to book along with the following information.
(generally a first and second option is good to have just incase the room goes away as it is first booked gets it for the whole of Marriott)

Name of Rentor (you or whoever will be the primary occupant and checking in - MUST be 21 years of age or older)
Other names you would like on the reservation contract (those staying with you) - mainly for travel insurance as Marriott no longer allows for pre registration of addition occupants.

4. If it is a requested reservation I will book the unit desired in MY NAME and write up the contract with the information from above. Once done I will send the contract to you along with the emailed reservation confirmation for review.
This contract is proof of rental and can be used to acquire Travel insurance if wanted.. I do not provide any sort of insurance.
5. Once the contract is sent you will have generally 15 days to pay for the reservation in full. Payment can be made via several methods including Credit Card through PayPal, PayPal, Check, MoneyOrder, or Zelle bank transfer. (Payment window MAY need to be shorter for pre-booking for reservations within 75 days or over 13 months). Waiting periods are in effect for any mailed payment method.
6. Once paid in full I will call/email Marriott and make changes to the Names on the reservation which puts the unit into your name and it is yours to check-in. NOTE: If the reservation is paid in full prior to actual booking (which may be required for some reservations close to or very far from travel date) the reservation would be made directly in your name and this step will not occur.

As mentioned in the terms, If there are issues with travel, if you have purchased second hand travel insurance you may go through them with the contract, If there are issues for any other reasons I may be able to help re-rent or exchange depending upon the timing to travel. This IS NOT Guaranteed though and rentals are considered Non Changeable / Non-refundable by contract. However, I do try to work with situations that may arise if I can.
