DSV #1- Studio Week of 4/8 - 4/15 Minimum 4-night "Weekend" rental

This rental includes the full 1st full weekend of the Coachella Music festival.

FREE covered parking and Wifi included.

The resort has 7 separate pools and jacuzzis available to it, 2 fitness centers, convenience store, even facilities for kids. In addition, DSV guests have limited privileges at the pool, tennis courts and the 2 golf courses located on the adjacent JW Marriott hotel on the same 400-acre property with its many restaurants, shops and lively bar scene and its gondolas that ferry you on the inside-outside lake starting right at the hotel lobby. You don't want to miss that.

Free shuttle bus service is provided between various sections of Desert Springs Villas as well as to and from the hotel.

There is also a shuttle bus that stops at DSV for transportation back and forth to the music festivals. Check with the concierge for the shuttle bus schedule to the festivals when you arrive.

PLEASE NOTE: This "Weekend" listing has a 4-night minimum occupancy for the 4 nights of Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - the 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th. Check-out is Monday morning, the 12th. Those 4 nights rent out at $380 per night.

However, the last 3 nights of that week - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, - the 12th, 13th, and the 14th are available at $110 each in case you wish to extend your stay for a little longer. You can buy just one of those "Week" nights or two or all three. No minimum for those 3 nights. NOTE: Those 3 nights are also available to others but at a higher price. They will remain available to my "Weekend" renter until and unless another group comes along first to rent them.

The Studio unit has two Queen-sized beds that sleep 4. with a large TV. It has a 2-room bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet in one room and a sink and whirlpool tub for 2 in the other. You will love the bathtub. It has a kitchenette with micro-wave, toaster, tall refrigerator, coffee maker, and plates and utensils plus there are lots of outside BBQs near the buildings.

A major super market is located just up the street from the resort entrance.

Desert Springs Villas is a short, under 7 - 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing.

It is a 20 -25 minute drive down famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located next door to a large outlet mall.
