London Bridge Resort

This timeshare is fully paid off in Lake Havasu Arizona and is for 1 week every other year on odd years. This vacation week can be booked anytime during the odd year if the resort has availability. The current annual maintenance dues are very low at $625. This is a spacious 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and everything you need to cook and a balcony. They also have a few rooftop suites with a very large balcony that can be booked. The resort has fun events every day of the week for kids and adults. There are boat docks to rent, two pools, a bar at one of the pools and a small kids water slide at the other, golfing on site, the iconic London Bridge, boardwalk on the property with shops and restaurants and beautiful views of the lake, ice skating rink in the winter, and atv trails that aren’t far from the site. They also have a short boat ride to a casino. There is a beach area with campsites just down the street. There is lots of things to do in town including big events throughout the year. They have boat shows, Thunder on the Water which is a big cool event, car shows, festival of lights on the lake, poker runs with motorcycles and utv’s, hot air balloons, July 4th fireworks, and many more different expos through out the year. Lots of restaurants and bars in town and so much more!
