One Bedroom Suite

This timeshare was owned by my father and he has passed away . I am the executor of his estate and I am trying to wrap up his estate on behalf of the beneficiaries . I am offering this timeshare for free and I will pay the transfer fees and the first 6 months of maintenance fees once the transfer has been completed

This suite has one bathroom with a hair dryer, separate living area, partial kitchen including a microwave and coffee maker, dining area, DVD player, fireplace, and small patio or balcony. Bed types are a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area
