This timeshare is managed by RCI, you can deposit your week and transfer/trade with others on this exchange platform (yearly platform dues are about $109 of course you get a discount if you pick a 3 or 5 year renewal).
The timeshare maintenance fees are generally sent out around October yearly, and are due by February the following year, the fees are currently estimated at $615 - $630.

The resort itself is beautifully maintained and has a variety of amenities, I will admit it is a little dated.

Aside from the amenities, one bedroom/one bathroom, the kitchen and living room were added conveniences for long term stays with additional guests, that provided the ability to cook at "home".

The room view is uncertain, but if I recall correctly it faces the parking lot.
