Spacious Townhouse on the Beach Overlooking the Gulf in Panama City Beach FL

April 11-18 2025 (Week 15) Located on the incredibly beautiful white sand beaches of the Florida Panhandle, this one bedroom, two bath Gulf Front townhouse is right on the beach and overlooking the amazing water of the Gulf!

Great resort with an indoor heated pool, whirlpool & sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, barbecue grills, picnic tables, beach volleyball, and a roof top observation deck on the sixteenth floor with awesome views. The building has two Elevators. Cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet are provided. Nonsmoking property and rooms. Smoking only in designated areas.

This one bedroom, two story townhouse is on the bottom level facing the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The living room includes a sliding glass door out to the front patio. The upstairs area can be accessed using the indoor spiral staircase or from the second floor outside door. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The unit has 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator and is equipped with cooking and eating supplies, a dining area, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Enjoy your morning coffee from your own patio.

The resort area has easy access to popular restaurants and shopping in Panama City Beach. There are many exciting activities available close by.
A visit to Saint Andrews State Park is an absolute sightseeing must! You can schedule a dolphin tour, rent a pontoon boat, go fishing or swimming or just walk the beaches and the long piers to enjoy the fresh air.

Off street parking is included for one car. Check-in after 4 pm/check-out by 10 am. Sorry no pets allowed. Smoking only in designated areas. The resort will require valid ID and a credit card for your security deposit at check in. Minimum check-in age is 25.
