HS 6/30/25**Rec copy of Deed satisfaction, maintenance fees statement scanned into database client is sending on the rest of the paperwork when she gets back home from travelling let client know I received paperwork. HS 7/11/25**Rec completed questionnaire, copy of Driver's license, check receip for fees payments and the maintenace fees paid statement scanned into database emailed client update. HS 7/29/25**Sent Poa out to client in the mail today attached the Estop to file scanned into database emailed client update. HS 7/30/25**Client emailed me to let me know that they completed the Poa and sent is out Priority mail and I should get it within the week I told them I will update them when I receive it in the office so they know I got it. HS 8/15/25**Rec completed Poa in the mail today scanned into the database (Moved to Estop in processing)Sent Estop to resort for completion tracking #9589071052701675896056emailed client to update. HS 8/19/25**Client emailed me to let me know she spoke with Brenda at Kala Point Resort and they did get the request for the Estop and is signing them and sending them either to the client or directly to us once they are completed I scanned copy of email correspondence from client into the database. HS 10/3/25**Resort emailed asking why we wanted the estoppel and the info needed. I emailed them back, BCCing JK in it to get them to fullfill the request. 10/6/25 SC///Client emailed me and let me know that she is waiting for Brenda the Manager at the Resort to complete the Estop and send it on to us and I let her know that she can still get use of her Timeshare until this is all complete and fees need to be kept up to date for us to successfully complete the transfer and she is planning on using it the first quarter begginning in Jan 2026 she has already reserved it and she pays her maintenance fees quarterly. HS 10/21/25** Rough draft deed typed 11/8/25 AK**Client emailed me to let me know that she called Kala Point and they are sending on the Estop completion soon as they promised her by the end of this week and once I get this I told her I will let her know and provide her with an update. HS 11/19/25**Rec Estoppel completion from the Resort today scanned into the database (Moved to Listed) Emailed client, Marc and NH to update. HS 12/2/25**
