Lock off unit: 1 bedroom side has a separate dining area and living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and lanai to listen to waterfalls and view the Pacific Ocean or koi ponds. The hotel side is equipped with a mini kitchen. Both sides have independent A/C, free wi-fi and cable tv. The property has a concierge service, 24-hour front desk, fitness center, game room, swimming pool, hot tubs, and BBQ grills for use by guests.
Maintenance fees for 2028 will be paid in full by sellers. Sellers will also pay closing costs and transfer fees. Basically a free vacation for 2028! Sellers have not deposited into RCI for 2028, so buyer may use the reserved week or give one or both sides of unit to RCI. Giving both sides to RCI provides 30+ trading power for the 1- bedroom unit and 30+ trading power for the hotel unit as well. Several times we have asked the resort manager to change our week for a given year. When available, the manager has accommodated us with our requests. Owners may also ask for higher floors for better views! Reservations can be made 18 months in advance, which is a positive feature to ensure getting the best view condo. Owners may request a change of their reservation date subject to availability. It is a great time to adjust the floating week to a whale watching week for 2028!
Public beach access is about 3 minutes away, directly across the street from the front of the resort. The street is a small, two- lane road and is not busy or unusually noisy. Public bus transportation passes by the resort frequently. Restaurants, bars and stores are a short walk away from the resort (even a Mc Donalds!)
