Studio, sleeps 4, direct ocean/ beachfront, very swimmable beach, kitchen area with 2 burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, sink and full fridge. A/C, fast elevators, pool, hot tub, bbqs and tables. Free parking. About 5-10 minutes from Kaanapali. I only need to drive to special events or shopping or the airport. There are a few dining options within walking distance, across the street to a couple of blocks away -various coffee places, McDonald's, Maui brewing company, Miso phat sushi, Dolly's pizza and pub, the new restaurant and bar next door at The Sands of Kahana. ABC, L&L and Times market and lots of other places to eat and shop within a mile. Nice beachfront deck with teak lounges with sunshades. Furnished with bed, a sofabed, and a 4 seat dining set. Lanai has a couple of chairs and a small end table. The bus runs right past also. The maintenance fees are $645 annually and taxes are $100 every other year. I will be paying the 2026 maintenance fees and taxes.Buyer would have to pay closing costs. I believe the transfer fee is around $650 and there's another fee of $350? And LT Closing will charge around $300 closing fee. There's no mortgage on it and it would come with the 2026 week. I checked and January, February and March are all reserved.
