Prime Week - 4thh of July

The week (week 26) typically falls on the calendar that includes the 4th of July (I can only remember. 1 week where the 4th fell on a day that I was checking out). The unit is within walking distance to Main Street Falmouth. If you like books, the Falmouth Library holds a used book sale around the 4th. Thousands of books under numerous tents.

I'm not certain how to list the property so I selected one-bedroom lockout. Each unit has its own bathroom. Each unit sleeps 4 (a queen bed and a pull-out couch). The maintenance fee listed covers both units. I would like the buyer to cover the legal and all other fees associated with transferring the deed.
