80,000 yearly Vacation Club Points or exchange out with RCI membership. Enjoy the beautiful White Moumtains of NH at InnSeason resort Pollard Brook or any time of year at any of the Inn Season other resorts in New England. Maintenance fees for 2026 will be paid. Next fees not due until Dec 2027. All of 2026 points are available for use thru Dec 2027. Current yearly maintenance fees are $1,276.

The transfer fee is $400 to be paid by buyer.
