We purchased Unit 105, Week #44, a one-bedroom unit at The Falls at Ogunquit on the seacoast in Maine in 2002. The Falls at Ogunquit is located on the Maine coastline in the beautiful tourist town of Ogunquit. There is a Trolly that travels daily, transporting tourists into town to visit the innumerable shops, restaurants, and beaches. Ogunquit is a sought-after vacation destination and is absolutely beautiful all year long; not only in the summer but in the springtime, fall and winter months there is always something to do.

During the past 24 years, in addition to vacationing in Ogunquit, we were blessed with the ability to travel to many, many locations throughout the world. In the beginning when we were still working, owning a timeshare was the impetus for us to take at least one annual vacation. Over the years, trading our timeshare opened the doors to us to visit so many other wonderful destinations in the United States, a number of resorts in Mexico and innumerable islands throughout the Caribbean. Also, the doors to many countries in Europe were opened to us when we visited Sicily, Italy, Greece, Ireland and other wonderful countries that we would not normally have had a chance to visit.

Owning our timeshare at the Falls at Ogunquit and working with Intervale to trade out of our base timeshare (Maine) was always a pleasant experience and it gave us the opportunity to visit so many other beautiful and comfortable properties. Whether we travelled together as a couple or with family and friends, we made memories that will last a lifetime.

One important point we would like to stress is that in the past 24 years, we have always been pleased with the Board of Directors and the management and the attention and pride they took to keep the Falls at Ogunquit in updated and great shape. They are proactive in their decisions…not reactive and you will love the facilities.

At this time of our life, family commitments and sporadic heath issues make us unable to travel like we once did. Therefore, we are hoping that you will consider this little gem located in the northeast that will open up doors to the world for you.
