Villas on the Green: One-Bedroom Villa Jacuzzi, 1 week resort stay, in San Diego, with option to trade out at other resorts. Timeshare is paid off. 2028 maintenance fee is the cost for potential new owner. The timeshare is equivalent to 120,000 points but has not been converted into the points system. The week may be used at any time I believe with a 60 day booking window, every other even year. The maintenance fees are due every other year, starting January 1st, 2028. Maintenance fees have already been paid by owner for first year of use in 2026.
