Enjoy the Hyatt Vacation Club Welk Mountain Villas or Villas on the Green for a 7 night stay starting on January 1, 2026 for $700 in Escondido, California in a small one bedroom unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, full refrigerator, washer and dryer (no W/D in the Villas on the Green unit). Living area with queen sleeper sofa, wall mounted LCD TV and a stereo and DVD player. There is your own private balcony or patio with a dining area. Also a $50 charge is now added to all guest reservations. The reservation must start no more than 60 days in advance. If you want a week further out than 60 days, the rental fee increases by 30%.
