Hono Koa - Maui. Our unit is a KOA unit which means it is ocean front. There are 4 ocean front units on the property (401,301,201,101). You have gorgeous sunset views looking out at Lanai and Molokai. The property is located on West Maui, easy walking distance to the farmer's market and grocery store. Swimming pool and whirlpool hot tub on the property. There is always room around the pool with shaded lounges. It is a quiet property. The unit is fully paid for and the maintenance fees are current. There is a current reservation for March 24-31, 2027 in Unit 101 which is on ground level. The two bedroom unit has a master bedroom with a king size bed and an attached bathroom and another bedroom with twin beds and an attached bathroom that also contains a washer and dryer. This makes it an ideal setup for two couples. The master bedroom has two sides of sliding glass doors that open up to the ocean. The other bedroom is a garden view. We bought this about 20 years ago and my brother bought a week too. We would reserve for 2 weeks and go together and exchange bedrooms halfway through. It was a great way to get 2 weeks of vacation for the price of 1 week.
