Price: $1,900 total ($380/night). No housekeeping fee.

I am a Prestige Platinum Signature Owner, which typically entitles you to late check-out, but it's dependent on availability at the time.
I've stayed here over a dozen times and seen many, many launches - it's an incredible experience. Launch schedules are very dynamic, but I've seen 2 launches in a single day, 4-5 in a single stay. I hope you get a few night launches!
I'm happy to also provide all my favorite restaurants, bakeries, and shops.

The Villa & Resort
Signature Collection 2BR villa in the upgraded Signature building. Sleeps 8. Full kitchen with stainless/granite, washer/dryer, garden tub, private balcony or patio, Wi-Fi, TVs, home theater/gaming (Xbox One). Premium linens and bath amenities.

Beach access via the resort boardwalk. Pools on site. Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and Port Canaveral are close. Building/view is assigned by the resort.

Occupancy & Resort Rules
Max occupancy 8, resort-enforced. Primary guest 21+, matching government photo ID at check-in, credit card for incidentals. Renter pays whatever the resort charges at the desk (parking, tax, incidentals).

The Booking Process
I own this stay and am renting it directly. PM to start. Happy to hop on a short call.

We’ll sign a rental agreement and I’ll need government ID of the check-in guest. $950 deposit from that same person holds the dates. I then put your name on the reservation. You call the resort and confirm the stay is in your name before paying the rest. Remaining $950 due after you verify, and no later than Nov 20. Full confirmation details once the balance clears.
