We are Holiday Inn Club Vacation Diamond Platinum status owners (top level) with 4 deeds at this specific resort'
All 2 bedroom, ALL floating and ALL annual weeks with 1st purchase in 2007 when resort was called Ron Jon.
These deeds were enrolled into club points for use at all HICV resorts
We stay at other HICV resorts but our family likes this resort the best

Watch the cruise ships depart from most room, NASA space launches, directly on beach, near theme parks, etc.
Holiday Inn Club Vacations Cape Canaveral Beach Resort is within easy reach, only 1 hour from Orlando.

The resort has a fantastic lazy river with all free inner tubes, a huge water slide, pool bar, etc.
There are plenty of daily scheduled activities for kids and adults, exercise room with sauna and basketball, tennis and shuffleboard courts, plus watersport and bike rentals right on the beach. A children’s play area for the little ones, as well as mini golf and movie theater for every age, are also available on property. There is a very nice on-site restaurant.

You may be aware that very few Cape Canaveral deeds are for sale as resort sold out several years ago. With many club owners at other HICV resorts wanting to stay at this resort with all the amenities, demand is much higher than other HICV resorts. We have decided that now that we both 80, we would like to sell a 2 bedroom oceanbuilding unit, floats and is annual use.
Our asking price is more than 80% off marketing prices. The resort now only offers Trust points, no deeds. This deed floats and is at ocean building.
