Ridge Tahoe at North Heavenly is good in Winter for skiing and Summer for hiking & swimming

This Unit is at the Terrace Building that rests below the Clubhouse and Check-in area. The Ridge Tahoe is a much desired site for skiers and snowboarders in the Winter months. Being a Teacher in the Sacramento area, I used this Timeshare for over 30 years primarily in the Summer months, when school was not in session.

The Ridge Tahoe has other activities for Guests besides swimming and/or skiing: activities daily for kids and adults; tennis courts, racket ball, mini golf, hiking with a group led by personnel, etc. It is totally family-focused, but there is also Kareoke at the little bar/cocktail area.

So why am I “giving it away”? I no longer live in Sacramento or even (sadly) California. I simply cannot travel anymore: my adult children can no longer use it either, as they also have moved away & cannot afford the expense of travel plus maintenance fees.
So, it is yours for the asking & willingness to take over the maintenance fees.
P.S. Before I purchased initially in 1991 (ish), I discussed it with an accountant. His advice was: as long as I did NOT consider it as an investment, but to use every year, AND, to purchase close enough to home that we would not need a plane to get to it (Like Hawaii or Mexico, Italy, etc.). It was good advice.
