The Ridge Tahoe is a much desired location for Skiers, Snowboarders, and other “snow” folks who enjoy the wintery snows: The complex has its own skier gondola from the Clubhouse itself, down the hill to Heavenly Mountain (North Heavenly) Lodge. (NOT to South Lake Tahoe).

For the Summertime Swimmers & Hikers, as well, this 2 bedroom Unit can be “split”, so the owner can spend one week in the Studio Unit, and one week in the one-bedroom, getting two full week “vacations” a year.

I have owned this Timeshare for 30 years and have totally “gotten my monies’ worth…So, why am I “selling/giving it away”?

Bottom line, I am now 84 1/2 years old…I can no long travel much; “kids” either live on the other side of the U.S., cannot afford the maintenance fees, or just do not want it.
