The Ridge on Sedona (Golf Resort) Traditional Deeded Week For Sale

The resort is actually in the Village of Oak Creek about 8 miles south of Sedona. Some of the rooms we have stayed in have had a beautiful view of Bell Rock, one of the many formations of the red rock area. The drive into Sedona on Rt 179 is a lovely drive on the "Red Rock Scenic Byway". The ownership summary lists the unit type as a 2 Bedroom Accessible Lockoff, but you are able to book (through owner services) any available two bedroom unit at the resort. The resort is well managed.The maintenance fees in 2022 were $1270.15 and the fees for 2026 are $1400.82 which is an increase of just $130.67 over a 5 year period!! The fees for 2026 have been paid, so you can make a reservation as soon as the purchase is completed! We feel that the $300 asking price is very reasonable for this wonderful resort.
We also ask that the buyer choose the closing company and pay all closing fees (we sold a timeshare in Scottsdale in 2018, and the closing costs were just under $700).
