This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom beach view suite with screened balcony features a primary bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with a standard tub. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds and includes a separate bathroom with a standing shower. The suite offers a comfortable living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, full kitchen with microwave and coffee maker, and washer/dryer.

You can optionally enroll this with HGV which would equal 5,600 points with HIlton. Unit can also be enrolled with Interval International for exchanges.

Sales will be handled via LT Transfers. Seller will pay LT Transfers costs. Buy will pay HGV Enrollment if they desire it.
