FREE - HGVC Flamingo - 2 Bedroom - Gold Season

We are looking to part ways with our HGVC Flamingo deed. This is an 8,000 point deed in the Gold season. Ideally, the buyer would handle any closing and transfer fees via LT Transfers. This specific deeded room (if you choose to use the 8,000 points to book your Home Week) is a "2LO" which has the following description on the HGVC website:
This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a free-standing shower and separate oversized tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination, twin-size sleeper sofa and convenient kitchenette, and can be easily locked off from the main living area at the entry foyer to create a relaxing element of privacy. The suite also includes a full kitchen, generous living room, workstation with USB outlets, extended counter-height dining area and full-size sleeper sofa. Please note the two-bedroom suite layout consists of a one-bedroom suite and studio that share a common entry foyer.

Please note: 2026 points were borrowed for a prior trip. First year usage would be 2027.
