I am selling my timeshare, its fully paid off and 2026 maintenance fees have been paid. And at current, has not been used this year so 2026 is available. The resort offers discounts and free tours at seaworld! We have used this time share to stay at multiple HGVC resorts in Orlando and Hawaii. We have also traded for RCI resorts. I have also converted points the Hilton honors points. I am only selling because I am gaining access to travel agent discounts. Maintenance fees above includes all fees for 2026. New owner will be responsible for fees associated with taking ownership, listed below.
