?THE OFFER: I am giving away this ownership for $1.00. To ensure a quick and clean transfer, I (the Seller) will pay:
?- The 2025 Maintenance Fees (already paid/to be paid at closing).
?- The HGV Ownership Change Fee ($489).
?- The Estoppel Fee ($99).

?We will use LT Transfers (or another TUG-approved closing company) to handle the deed transfer and escrow.

?NOTE: > I am currently in a dispute with the resort regarding an exit and have proactively offered a Deed-in-Lieu.
