FREE - Elara Studio - 4000 points - Gold

We are looking to part ways with our Elara deed for 4,000 points. Ideally, the buyer would handle the closing and transfer fees with LT Transfers. This is for a "SL3" or "SLP" room which has the following description on the HGVC website:
This studio features a king-size bed and a bath with a standard tub and shower combination. The unit includes a cozy living area with queen-size sleeper sofa as well as a convenient kitchenette with microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, small refrigerator and small dishwasher. In-suite amenities include a wall safe, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Studios do not include an in-unit washer/dryer. All Plus units are located on floors 50-56.

Please note: 2026 points were borrowed for a prior trip. First year of usage would be 2027.
