Our Harborside ownership is a fixed week with option to float 2 bedroom lock-off villa during Gold Season, week 24 (close to Father's Day in June). *Note that while this is a fixed week use right annually, there is an option to float during Weeks 18-34 and 47-49, based upon availability in the system. The lock-off consists of a premium side (larger) and a smaller deluxe side. Together, the 2 villas sleep 8 and include 2 kitchens (one larger and one smaller), and 2 sets of washer/dryers. The dining table on the premium side seats 6, and the dining table on the deluxe side seats 4. There is also a furnished patio on the premium side.

This timeshare comes with 95,700 Star Options should you want to exchange for another property (not used this year, so these points are available for your use over the next two years); 3,325 club points; and 201,000 Bonvoy points which can be used toward hotels (should you not use the timeshare during a given year). Our ownership week is Sunday to Sunday. Ownership includes access to Atlantis and many of its amenities, including beaches, pools, the Aquaventure waterpark, the open-air marine habitat, restaurants, and Marina Village to name a few. *As a comparison, if not staying at an "Atlantis property," a daily pass to use its amenities is approximately $225 per adult (ages 13 years and older) per day and $110 per child (ages 4-12 years old) per day. Those costs add up quickly and would total more than $4000 for 2 adults and 2 children for 7 days. The Harborside also has its own pool, restaurant (Sunset Pointe/The Pointe overlooking the harbor), and fitness center for those days when you just want to hang out near your villas.

*First usage would be 2027. Your maintenance fees, which include vacation ownership assessment, condo common assessment, Atlantis facilities fee, and owner dues cover the cost of 1 lock-off villa (1 premium side and 1 deluxe side) for 7 nights and access to Atlantis amenities. Transfer/closing fees approximately $2200 paid by seller.
