2026 Usage: The 49,000 points for 2026 are completely unused and are still available for the new owner to use right away!

Closing Costs: I will pay 100% of the closing costs and resort transfer fees. We will use L.T. Transfers to handle the transaction safely and legally.

Description: > We are looking to give away our fully paid-off timeshare at The Grandview at Las Vegas. This is an Even-Year (Biennial) ownership that comes with 49,000 points every even year. The maintenance fee is incredibly reasonable at just $254.92.

Since we can no longer use it, we want to transfer it to someone who can enjoy it. You will not pay a dime upfront to me—I am covering all closing and transfer fees through L.T. Transfers. You will only be responsible for the maintenance fees moving forward. Plus, the 2026 points are yours to keep and use!
