This is an awesome resort and is right next to the Southpoint Hotel. The one bedroom unit is super clean and decorated nicely. If you want to bank the week with RCI, it's 49,000 points. There is more of a family atmosphere here because it is away from the craziness of the strip, but still a short drive. I will pay all closing, document and transfer fees. Week 22 Fixed yearly. Dues are current. Current with RCI until 2027. Yearly maintenance $425/year. NO Brokers or Timeshare exit companies.
