The Grandview Las Vegas Triennial Weeks not points

Great resort! This is one of my two single week units. One is biannual and one is triannual, so they line up every 6 years to give you two 1-bedroom units at the same time. We used to go as a couple every other year then on the 6th year we go family style with the kids or adult friends or whatever. You can request a lockout unit so you are close or request 2 totally different towers. I've been accommodated 100% every request I made! This resort is great for that. (Many times this lines up for 4th of July. unfortunatly 2027 it does not.)

50$ PLUS cost to transfer.

"As of December 2024, the total cost to transfer this unit per LT Transfers will be $545 - $595. I can assist with this amount if needed. I still actively use this resort as it is a great location. I am selling because I don't really need it. I understand times are tough, but please respect the pricing of this listing.
